Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRail Loader Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent logistics company in the Lafayette, IN area, is seeking vehicle inspectors to join their team This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharingRail Loader Job Summary:
  • Pay: $18 an hour
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM-2:30 PM Mon-Fri
  • Prepare railcars for shipment
  • Assure that inspections and quality standards are met regularly
  • Load and unload vehicles onto railcars with precision
  • Inspect, spot, and space vehicles within parameters
  • Work in all weather conditions
Rail Loader Qualifications:
  • Must possess valid US driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to read and interpret detailed technical directions
  • Must have been in current position for at least 6 months to be considered for transfer
  • Must be willing to adhere to daily overtime requirements
