Job Description: As an Electronics Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our electronic systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electronic equipment and systems. This position demands a thorough understanding of electronic principles, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding our company’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in electronic systems and equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and calibration of electronic instruments and equipment.
- Install and configure new electronic systems and components.
- Interpret and follow electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance procedures and keep accurate records of equipment status and repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments and team members.
- Stay informed about the latest electronic technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, circuitry, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving electronic issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
