Position: Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn more
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Solution oriented/ able to problem solve
• Positive person able to focus on the good
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to communicate, measure, achieve and recognize results
• Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency
• Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru
• Sense of urgency when performing tasks and serving customers
• Servant Leadership- team player, leads by example- not title
• Plans, directs and follows up to ensure Operational Excellence
• Checks and Adjusts approach as needed to achieve results, exceed customer expectations

Responsibilities Include:

• Coach and craft specialty coffee beverages to company standards
• Ensure an excellent customer service experience throughout the shift
• Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment and nurtures a professional and positive work environment, inspiring teammates to do the same
• Performs opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standard.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea.
• Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee.
• Maintain positive and professional environment.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while on shift.Ensures proper cash management.
