Job DescriptionJob Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee and lead construction projects. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on our sites. You'll coordinate with a variety of team members and stakeholders, ensuring our projects meet all regulatory standards and exceed expectations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Implement and monitor safety and quality control standards.
  • Manage project schedules using industry-standard software.
  • Coordinate efforts of subcontractors and consult with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Directly manage field personnel and operational procedures.
  • Lead problem resolution and process optimization on site.

Candidate Profile:

  • Action-oriented with a high-quality decision-making process.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and adapt to varying situations.
  • Proven track record of driving results and planning effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Strong organizational and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Knowledge of current construction standards and regulations.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • OSHA 30 Certification, and First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role, with a preference for those with 10 years of overall construction experience.
