Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:
The Systems Admin Support Coordinator will support a wide range of functions associated with the business internal ERP system, in addition to various other software programs and web based programs.
The Systems Admin Support Coordinator should be proactive in their approach to customer service, offering suggestions that will improve job processes and better support both internal and external customers.
Setting up users, vendors, contractors, etc. with appropriate systems access
Creating and editing/revising training documentation
Creating and sending purchase requests (PR's) for approval
Creating shipping and receiving documentation
Data entry and data validation/integrity
Self-motivated and able to produce excellent results consistently while working primarily independently
Working experience with ERP systems, project management software, word processing programs and data capturing/analysis software (Keynote, Word, MS Project, etc.)
Ability to correctly interpret customer and/or process requirements to ensure that documentation is correct prior to moving on for approval.
Displays keen attention to detail. Ensures that all project, systems, and operational process requirements are adhered to.
Ability to identify challenges in existing processes and follow through on resolving problems and improving operational systems.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience
