Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration work, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration crews in various projects, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and more.
• Ensure that all restoration work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Manage inventory of restoration equipment and supplies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and time worked by crew members.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to deliver successful restoration projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role is preferred, but not required.
• IICRC certification or equivalent training in restoration and remediation techniques is preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
