They should have the ability to influence & navigate across an organization without boundaries. The candidate should have experience with conflict management and embody negotiation skills. The candidate will be expected to accommodate multiple time zones, as teams are located in both North America and Asia.

Responsibilities:
- Partner and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-functional partners
- Serve as strategic partner with tech area leads and fleet leads
- Build relationships, gain consensus and help remove tensions/roadblocks
- Develop strategic roadmaps and resource plans with leadership team
- Help teams be more efficient, see the big picture and ensure processes scale appropriately
- Run or help others run enterprise level programs utilizing program management methodologies and best practices
