About the Position:

This is a full-time role for a Vice President of Finance located in the Greater Phoenix Area.As the Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.

-Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

-Supporting management teams and departments with in-depth analysis of budget variances.

Qualifications:

Best-qualified candidates bring some or all of the following experience and capabilities:

Strong background in financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data

Understanding of accounting principles and regulations

Experience with financial reporting and compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

CPA or masters degree in finance or related field (preferred)

Experience in manufacturing is preferred

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is a plus (not required).

Holds a valid passport to ensure ability to travel internationally.

Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
