Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Guests: Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with entry and exit, including opening doors and helping with any special needs.
  • Queue Management: Manage guest lines, ensuring efficient and orderly entry.
  • Security: Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access, checking IDs if necessary and ensuring compliance with age-restricted entry laws. Crowd Control.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and provide information about the establishment, events, and promotions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary. Display the ability to contain a crowd by using professional crowd control tactics.
  • Coordination: Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the company's dress code.

Qualifications:

  • Must Have: Unarmed Security Guard License
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move items up to [specific weight].
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
