Mike Haggerty Buick GMC is seeking a qualified BDC Manager with customer service background and experience in the auto industry. We are looking for someone who can manage a department, promote our brand, create and drive business into the showroom. Job Responsibilities:

-Support to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.

-Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone, sms, and/or internet including chat

-Assist in marketing and social media efforts

-Manager day-to-day tasks of the business development department. 

-Manage and understand dealership sales processes and procedures.

-Utilize CRM tracking system

-Be able to calculate and measure productivity and hit sales goals

-Ensure all internet customer and incoming phone calls are answered and handled properly.

-Customer Retention and follow up is essential.

-Maintain accurate records and document all customer service actions and discussions.

- Keep track of all BDC set, kept, and sold customers.

-Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
