WWCM has an opening for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professional. The OCM Professional will be a driver of change.


The OCM Professional must be passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes. As part of our client’s PMO team, the OCM will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on onsite and technology-related security awareness programs. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change.  


In this professional role, you will be a critical contributor to support programs. 


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client’s Change Management methodologies
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational plan
  • Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan
  • Provide direct support and coaching to leadership as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation
  • Optimize product/system security by creating, reviewing, and documenting system architecture and detailed design solutions that reflect best practices in secure design


Required Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship and must have the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
  • Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related professional discipline
  • 1-3 years of cybersecurity engineering, software engineering design and development, or systems administration experience
