What Are We Looking for?

We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist. Must be experienced in Customer Service. Reports to the Chief of Care Management.

Requirements of the Receptionist


Under the direction of the Chief of Care Management, the receptionist greets and interacts with patients, visitors and members of the patient care team, answers telephones and directs incoming calls.


Qualifications

  • High School or GED Diploma
  • Current CPR Certification or must be obtained
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training or must be obtained

Essential Job Function of the Receptionist


  • Answers incoming telephone calls in a warm and friendly manner
  • Handles all paperwork to include but not limited to scanning and attaching of Q's. labs Quest, and Miscellaneous paperwork for all clients and facility
  • Prepares patient handbooks and assembles daily to keep up with flow of admits.
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information
  • Greets visitors and determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors visitor access and issues visitors badges when required
