Gresham CDJR, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Clerk

The right candidate will have contract experience, a strong understanding of the dealership environment, have strong communication and multi-tasking skills. The day-to-day duties of this role include ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner. The Deal Clerk works closely with the Office Manager, Sales and Finance staff to collect all required transaction information and process day to day operations in an accurate and efficient manner. 

Schedule: Mon - Fri

Compensation: DOE

Responsibilities:

• Processes vehicle sales documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
•  Reconcile Finance Reserve Statements
•  Manage specific weekly and monthly schedules (pending, reserve, and inventory schedules)
•  Receipt fundings
• Prepare and post new/used retail car deals and wholesales
•  Monitor and maintain pending and contracts in transit
• Stocks in new purchases and new vehicles
•  Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years experience posting car deals & accounting functions in a dealership setting
• 6+ months CDK experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• High school diploma
