Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Finance for Elite Dental Partners (EDP), the Treasury Analyst will be responsible to perform key Treasury functions and activities related to cash and liquidity management. As part as the team managing EDP's cash, the Financial Analyst will lead and deploy best practices to enhance EDP's governance on cash management. This includes the preparation of accurate cash flow forecasts, ensuring appropriate operating liquidity to meet EDP's operating and financial obligations. The Financial Analyst will also be involved with ad-hoc projects and will be engaged on IT (Information Technology) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Program) implementations, assuring the smooth integration of the Treasury operations activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with banks and financial service providers to open, maintain, and close bank accounts, administer banking systems and identify opportunities to optimize the bank account structure
  • Monitor daily cash activity and provide cash position reporting to Finance leadership.
  • Develop the corporate cash positioning and forecasting model in partnership with EDP functional areas to achieve forecasting accuracy and standardization of processes across the organization.
  • Design, build and automate liquidity metrics and reporting dashboards to enhance senior leadership's visibility into EDP and Practice Location cash needs, financing and investing decisions.
  • Prepare debt compliance reports and support bank audits of debt.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation of proper internal controls and process improvements.
  • Lead, recommend and participate in future implementation of new banking services and products.
  • Support accounting and finance systems from a Banking and Settlement perspective.
  • Provide timely and accurate support for audit processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Five (5) plus years related work experience required in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance or Treasury.
  • Knowledge of Treasury/Banking principles, products, services, and terminology.
  • Strong cash operations and cash forecasting/modeling skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer platforms and applications.

Team Work: Ability to work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members.

Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
