Recycle Material Inspector

CFC  is looking for an Inbound Material Inspector to join our team.

This is an outside position 

Work environment involves frequent and/or regular exposure to all natural and unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dust, dirt, loud noises

Ability to communicate effectively with customers,truck drivers,equipment operators and scale house in a professional manner

Requires standing and walking with no restrictions  for long periods of time

Must be able to bend, twist, carry, push and pull

Must be able to think  and perform in a fast-paced environment. 

Must be able to inspect and analyze inbound scrap  material being delivered to the facility 

Ability to make quick decisions regarding the quality of material that is being received

Direct traffic flow in the work area in a safe and efficient manner

Communicate directly with customers and truck drivers directing them to the appropriate areas in a safe manner

Must attend weekly safety meetings 

Must be able to perform other related duties when directed by supervisors 

Negative Drug Screen Required

Must pass a required Background check

Forklift experience helpful

Safety Boots required. Steel toe or composite

Full time M-F with an occasional Saturday rotation
