The Challenge:
Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group’s (MCTOG’s) role is to optimize the ground combat element’s (GCE’s) preparation for, and performance in, the operational environment from its vantage point between the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and supporting establishment. What if you could use knowledge and experience in Marine Corps Intelligence to assist those efforts?
As a MAGTF Intelligence SME on our team, you will analyze, develop, validate, and document exercise design products for the training audience to meet current training objectives for service specific, joint, and combined exercises. Specifically, you will be expected to create, review, and develop products to support intel collection and analysis across the Joint Force to include Navy, Air Force, USMC and Army collections capabilities for a JTF Headquarters.

Must Have:
- Top Secret Security Clearance
- Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) experience
- Experience writing IPB Steps 1-4
- Experience in all source intel analysis, and integration
- Develop collection plans at the Division or higher that integrate Joint collections capabilities
- Adversary collections capability, decision timelines, F2T2EA process, and authorities
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $125,000 annually.
The listed salary range expresses what JCTM reasonably expects to pay an employee for this position. The specific salary the employee receives will be based off experience, education, location, clearance level (if applicable), and the specific government contract with which this position aligns (if applicable).

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
