ATM Solutions, Inc (ASI) is a privately owned, dynamic, growing ATM service provider offering an inclusive, caring work environment. We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial employees who like working with little supervision and oversight, while providing industry leading service. We pride ourselves in providing a great work life balance.

Shifts: Wednesday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hourly Rate: $17-23.00 Hr.

Customer Service Representative Essential Functions:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support

  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services

  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal

  • Great active listening skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

  • A patient and empathetic attitude

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
