CCBHC Mobile Crisis Case Manager (Part time)

Pay Rate: $24.83/hr

Community Care Alliance is seeking a case manager to work as a member of our evolving mobile crisis team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the mental health and substance use field and have a passion for providing community -based work to make a positive impact on people’s lives. The goal of this new program is to provide rapid access to behavioral health care for individuals experiencing a crisis and connect them to services. The case manager works as a part of the team, evaluating clients and assisting with stabilization and engaging them in treatment at CCA as well as other community resources.

Education/Licensing requirements/skills:

BA/BSW in human services-related field. Knowledge of mental health and substance use is a plus. Ability to work in the community and respond to crises and work in a fast- paced environment. An ideal candidate is someone who can honor a trauma-informed, client-centered care perspective and be accepting of diversity of perspectives and backgrounds.

Experience with an electronic health record and online documentation is preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Flexible scheduling days/evenings and/or weekends required.
