Role Overview:

As our Social Media Marketing and Community Manager, you'll be at the heart of our digital outreach. Your role is crucial in crafting and executing marketing strategies that not only promote our brand but also genuinely connect with our audience's needs and aspirations. Typical weekly schedule will be 40 hours per week, but days flexible to the position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and reflect our commitment to changing lives.
  • Engage with our online community, not just as customers, but as individuals seeking better health and well-being.
  • Manage and nurture our social media platforms, ensuring they are a hub of positive, supportive, helpful, and life-changing interactions.
  • Use your marketing skills to drive business goals, while always prioritizing the human element in every conversation.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content and messaging that educates, inspires, and motivates our audience to take steps toward a healthier and happier life.
  • Help manage SML MKR Club pending posts, membership requests, monitoring
    comments, and overall health of the Club. Including answering  member questions, deleting problematic comments and posts, or removing trouble-making members.

  • Someone with previous experience in social media

  • Someone with a proven track record of maintaining high engagement rates and using social media to drive business results.
  • A creative thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of crafting messages that connect and resonate.
  • A self-starter who is passionate about helping others and has a strong sense of empathy and understanding.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle volume and sensitive situations.
  • Someone with excellent customer service skills,
  • Someone who has a professional presentation/work approach and a helpful, supportive spirit.
