Pay
- $25.00-$40.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit jobs including ductwork, flues, gas lines, furnaces, and air conditioners.
- Provide frequent training to crew members. Help them get the job done and grow.
- Communicate, delegate, and follow up with crew members, managers, builders, etc.
- Track and maintain company tools, trucks, and trailer stock.
- Report job progress and needs using mobile devices and software.

Job requirements
- Must understand how an entire HVAC system operates and employ best installation practices
- Must have strong leadership, organization, time-management, and communication skills
- Must present self in a professional, punctual, and friendly manner towards coworkers, clients, managers, and vendors
- Must be able to commute to job locations along the Wasatch Front
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
