Job Description:

BrightMove, Inc., a leading provider of innovative staffing software solutions, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Widget Analyst to join our remote team. The Widget Analyst will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain department, focusing on analyzing, optimizing, and managing the widgets used in our software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in supply chain management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze widget usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on widget performance, usage, and inventory levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize widget efficiency.

Widget Management:
- Monitor and manage widget inventory to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of widgets and resolve any supply issues.
- Implement and manage processes for tracking and controlling widget quality.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance widget performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline widget-related processes and workflows.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for widget management.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the IT and development teams to ensure widgets are integrated effectively into software systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and team members.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support overall company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
