Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, an Energy company in Delaware County, is looking to add an HR Consultant to their team on a contract basis. This person will work approximately 21 to 32 hours per week. (9-5pm on-site, T-Th). We’re seeking candidates who can think bigger picture and strategically, while working with Director of Talent Management to build the core blocks to a Best in Class Talent Management function. Responsibilities:
  • Full Life cycle Recruiting experience, preferably from a corporate or business perspective: Applicant Tracking (ATS) Skills, Internet Recruiting Skills, Interviewing Skills, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement experience all preferable.
  • Help build communications for Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Build Talent Acquisition Collateral for every phase of the Recruiting process.
  • Help build communications for Talent Management Strategy.
  • Help create a survey and manage the data back to build the final plans.
  • Clerical items like converting paper files to electronic form.
  • Participate in an across-the board Job Description Project.
  • Interview internal resources for data gathering on Talent Acquisition.
  • Create flow charts.
  • Help build organization assessments using organization data, create a risk and opportunity view.
Requirements:
  • Four-Year degree preferable.
  • 1-10+ years HR experience
  • Intermediate to Expert Level PowerPoint skills, Intermediate Excel skills for data management (Vlook-up and graphs from excel data), Strong written skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively
