Counter Agent

We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Counter Agent to join our team at Branson.com. As a Counter Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance for various travel services in Branson, Missouri.

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel services, attractions, shows, and accommodations in Branson.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
• Provide customers with savings opportunities using promotional programs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or sales role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
