Arcade Attendant - Colorado Springs

Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Multitask in the redemption booth, selling game cards and redeeming prizes simultaneously.
    • Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols
    • Anticipate guest perception / needs
    • Ensure proper usage of RHC equipment (Kiosks, card readers, POS systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, Intercard, etc)
    • Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concerns
    • Know and communicate Rail Yard game card and point redemption
    • Conduct ticket, game and redemption sales, knowing company policy when to offer comps
    • Engage in professional communications with staff and guests at all times
    • Help to maintain and clean arcade games and equipment, troubleshoot minor problems, and help guests with questions or issues related to games
    • Daily verification of correct price labels on the appropriate prizes
    • Maintain Rail Yard cleanliness inside and out, including debris in walk ways
    • Complete side-work as assigned
    • Review bathroom cleanliness each time you use it (per training guidelines)
    • Arcade trash removal
    Perform other duties as assigned

Must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
