This role offers the opportunity to manage various data changes within our corporate systems and collaborate with multiple financial teams. The position involves independent work within a small, close-knit team and is central to the company's data operations. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy routine tasks, and are eager to learn about processes and systems, this role will be a great fit.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute important, high-volume data changes and updates for Finance and other departments throughout the organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and internal data in our systems.
  • Complete data cleansing and other special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 18 months of experience as a data analyst, information specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in an internal or external-facing customer service role.
  • Ability to perform similar tasks consistently over the long term with a strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Team player attitude, contributing fairly to the team's success.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of finance records such as invoices, refunds, and company information.
  • Experience using a CRM and/or ERP system.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and effective communication with multiple business teams throughout the day.
  • Ability to reprioritize and respond to urgent situations as business needs change.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Experience with data projects of varying complexity using Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest in learning new systems and concepts, with the ability to break down processes and document them as needed.
  • Capability to exercise judgment and make decisions within defined procedures and practices.
  • General knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong listening and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
