Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlant Controller A well-established organization headquartered in Omaha is looking for a Plant Controller for their Lincoln area plant. This plant has experienced large amounts of quick growth, so they’re looking for you to come in implement processes and procedures, and make necessary changes for smooth production and continued growth WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS PLANT CONTROLLER OPPORTUNITY?
  • Direct Hire
  • Onsite
  • $120K + with flexibility depending on experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PLANT CONTROLLER?
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Manufacturing / Plant Accounting experience
  • Must have cost accounting experience
  • Ability to showcase process improvements and change agent skill set
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
AS THE PLANT CONTROLLER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Manage cost and plant operations
  • Financial Analysis
  • Analyze and adjust the cost of goods appropriately and as needed
  • Create, plan, and implement new processes and procedures
  • Manage team
  • Budgeting and forecasting
