Estimator - Roofing

The Estimator reports to the Director of Sales. In this role you will be responsible for managing the customer journey – from lead through to converting the sale, meeting on site, building scopes of work, estimating, and selling the project, as well as nurturing and growing customer relationships. This role include sales, producing takeoffs and estimating, developing proposals, following up and converting the business with the customer, contracting. A small portion of this role will require the incumbent to manage smaller projects to close-out.

Requirements:
• Two (2) - Three (3) years of commercial/industrial roofing estimating experience
• Strong estimating and sales skills
• Knowledge of various roof manufacturers' system requirements and assemblies
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required
