Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM)
Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have over 8-10 years of experience in the US healthcare sector and proven expertise in working with multi-vendor environments across different time zones. Palantir expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) solutions in healthcare or pharma projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze, design, and implement effective business processes and workflows related to contract management.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the US healthcare domain, ensuring that solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize Palantir tools and technologies to enhance data integration, analysis, and visualization (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the US healthcare domain.
- Proven experience in Contract Life Cycle Management and Contract Decision Management implementation in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Palantir technologies is highly desirable.
