      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative specializing in marketing and subscription retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for understanding marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone looking to work ?part-time? , remotely, and make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and retention.  No travel is required for this role.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, preferably in a subscription-based business.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer interactions.

Technical Proficiency:
