Shift: 1st Shift; 6am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

Essential Key Functions and Accountabilities: (Responsibilities and major tasks performed)

The Toolroom Associate will work under the supervision of the Team Lead/Tool Maker to prepare and stage tooling components for change over as well as organize and inventory change over and spare components and create/modify tooling change over instructions as needed.

Experience and Education Required:

High school diploma or GED

(Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)

(R) Read, Write and Speak English

(R) High school diploma or GED

(R) Strong interpersonal skills

(R) Attention to detail

Job Specific Competencies:

  • Work under direct supervision of Team Lead/Tool Maker
  • Prepare and stage tooling components for change over
  • Organize and inventory change over and spare components
  • Perform tooling change overs, under direction of tool maker
  • Create/modify tooling change over instructions as required
  • Disassemble and reassemble dies, jigs, or fixtures under direction of tool maker
