Job Title: Registered Nurse

Pay; Starting pay range of $30 - $35 per hour. Compensation is based on relevant experience and skills.

Hours: Day, Evening and Overnight shifts available. 8 and 12 hour shift options.

About Bethany: Bethany Home in Brandon, SD is looking for a proven nursing leader for a full or part-time RN position. The successful candidate will be part of a nursing team whose focus is on achieving excellence in quality measures, resident satisfaction, and meeting Bethany's mission, vision and values. They must possess solid organizational skills, a team attitude, and total commitment to care giving. DAILY TASKS:

  • Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
  • Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
  • Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
  • Form relationships with our residents
  • Strive to build a place where residents feel at home

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Licensed in the State of South Dakota.
  • Current CPR Certification
