Assistant to the Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking to onboard an assistant to our maintenance tech crew. This person will be a daily runner and meeter/greeter for inspectors, so general people-interacting-ability and reliable problem-solving skills are a must.
We like our team like we like our apartments: tidy, efficient, consistent, and of course, to feel damn-well taken care of (that’s where we’ve got you covered).
We truly feel that we have a great work environment and an exceptional group of people here, so we’re looking for the just the right person to add to our work family.
Seeking a fulltime runner to assist our maintenance crew.
Requested Skills:
- Be kind and approachable
- Able to run out and purchase/pick up a list of supplies
- Interact professionally with inspectors
- Light working knowledge of home repairs – “can you hang a smoke detector” type repairs
Other Requirements:
- Some general tools (a plus, but not a requirement for this position)
- Pass drug screening - (don’t worry; not looking to nark for weed)
- Pass background check
- Current Driver’s License
- Live within 30 miles of 3537 S. Kingshighway, 63139
