Requirements
- Active Florida Dental License (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate: (relocation package provided) Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Compensation and Benefits
- Base rate of $700/ daily for the first six months, after 30-34% graduated scale for adjusted production.
