Corporate Strategy Project Manager

Job’s Purpose:
The Project Manager (PM) will be a strategic, forward-thinking leader with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of multifamily operations, project management, and the strategy of change management. The PM will have onsite community experience and understand the processes needed to enhance resident experiences and the services Avanti offers. This person will be detail-oriented and excel at multi-tasking and large-scale strategic planning. This position will be instrumental in streamlining our operations and improving our effectiveness through the implementation of our new project management software, ClickUp. The Project Manager will report to the VP of Enterprise Solutions and work closely with the VP of Innovation and Analytics.
Essential Job Duties:
- Administer the implementation, use, and optimization of our ClickUp system.
- Responsible for the planning, logistics, integration, and roll-out of new systems and programs: evaluations, pilot programs, launch preparations, launch execution, post-launch stabilization; end-to-end project management.
- Own the tracking and organization of all steps: idea, evaluation, pilot, launch preparation, communication, launch execution, training, support, compliance, and post-launch success while considering all other trainings, process changes, and implementations that cab be happening at any given time.
- Accountable for post-launch feedback meetings, surveys, data, reporting, & ROI until stabilized.
- Partner with Performance Development on the post-roll-out training plan for new team members.
- Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and notes on all implementation projects; ability to lead meetings and track progress.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate operations’ organizational design as future business needs are identified.
- Be the liaison between the corporate staff and onsite community staff, responsible for helping team members better understand company software systems, their benefits, and how to use them efficiently.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, fostering a productive and supportive work environment with clear communication and smooth transitions across all departments and levels.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field required.
Work Experience:
- 3+ years in multifamily property industry with a demonstrated understanding of multifamily operations required.
- Proven experience with project management and change management required.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software is highly desired.

- Ability to be nimble and pivot directions as needed.
- Speak to and present to groups of all sizes.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs.
- Ability to hear and see as needed in a general work environment.
- Able to receive information through verbal and written sources.
- Occasional stooping, crouching, reaching overhead, and lifting/carrying materials.
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.

Working Conditions:
- Regular office environment.
- Work Schedule and location based on position and supervisor requirements.
- Travel for business based on Avanti’s needs.
- Hybrid office setting with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
