Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at Nibav Lifts Inc. The Warehouse Worker will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of materials within our warehouse. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a supportive and progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling: Safely and efficiently handle, move, and store materials and products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking inventory. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks, inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols and best practices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials and products for defects or damage, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using inventory management systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling materials and fulfilling orders.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems and processing documentation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining productivity and quality standards.
