Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team at Revision Skincare. As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales growth through strategic management of our Shopify platform and Amazon presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, an understanding of eCommerce best practices, and proven experience in managing online retail channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, performance, and merchandising.
  • Manage product listings, landing pages and blog content, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing images for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our Shopify store.
  • Implement strategies based on insights and learnings from analytics team.
  • Collaborate with customer service team to review and address consumer issues related to the eCommerce experience.
  1. Amazon Presence:
  • Manage our presence on Amazon, including product listings, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity on Amazon and identify opportunities to enhance our product positioning and competitiveness.
  • Optimize product listings for Amazon's search algorithm (A9) and implement strategies to improve product discoverability and ranking.
  1. Marketing and Promotions:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute eCommerce-specific marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and influencer partnerships.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, such as discounts, bundles, and limited-time offers, to drive sales and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  1. Customer Experience:
  2. Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers across all eCommerce channels, from browsing to checkout.
  3. Monitor customer reviews and other feedback on Shopify and Amazon, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, such as personalized recommendations and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Experience with Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central, with an understanding of their respective platforms and features.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving eCommerce sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on eCommerce trends and best practices.
