Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented cannabis transportation agent to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and timely delivery of our cannabis products to our valued customers. If you have a passion for the cannabis industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a clean driving record, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers' designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers during deliveries.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions and other legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, complete necessary paperwork, and collect payments, if required.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and legal regulations governing the transportation and delivery of cannabis products.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with local and state cannabis laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery targets.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses/permits.
