This role primarily focuses on UI design and wireframing, with some involvement in creating mockups and collaborating with developers on UI implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing user interfaces for web applications within the financial/banking domain.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
  • Iterating on designs based on feedback and user testing.
  • Adhering to design best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Skillset Requirements:
  • Design: Proficiency in UI design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Wireframing: Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Mockup/Skeleton Coding: Basic understanding (20% or less) of frontend development to create mockups or collaborate effectively with developers.
  • UI Framework: Familiarity with Angular is preferred.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience or understanding of the financial/banking sector is highly advantageous.
