Position Summary

The Program Eligibility Specialist, under the direction of the GROWWTH Program Coordinator, is responsible for achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets for placing eligible participants in the GROWWTH (Growing Relational and Occupational Wealth in West Tennessee Households) program.

This role involves close collaboration with various teams departments including childcare, school principals, nutrition program, and external partners to establish effective referral pipelines. The Program Eligibility Specialist is responsible for organizing and executing information sessions and ensuring alignment with enrollment goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Enrollment Goal Achievement - Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets for the

GROWWTH program through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.

2. Partnership Development - Collaborate closely with the childcare team, nutrition program,

and external partners such as school principals to establish and nurture referral pipelines for

participant enrollment.

3. Event Management - Plan, organize, and execute information sessions on a regular basis,

ensuring each event contributes to enrollment goals.

4. Community Engagement - Engage with community stakeholders, organizations, and relevant

networks to promote the GROWWTH program and attract potential participants.

5. Data Management - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, participant

demographics, and event outcomes to track progress and inform future recruitment strategies.

6. Communication - Effectively communicate enrollment goals, strategies, and progress to

stakeholders including the Executive Director, team members, and external partners.

7. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement

of enrollment strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred (or demonstrated relevant experience)
  • Proven experience in recruitment, community outreach, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the mission and values of the GROWWTH program, with a commitment to supporting the community.


Additional Information

  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate information sessions.
  • Frequent travel throughout region.
  • This is a grant funded position contingent upon funding.
