Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for a full-time Housekeeper at Sunny South Estates located in Boynton Beach, FL.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas of our property.

As the Housekeeper you will:

  • Clean clubhouse, common buildings, model homes, restrooms, pools and pool deck.
  • Vacuum, dust, mop floors, trash removal and wash baseboards.
  • Assist in preparing empty homes for resident move-ins.
  • Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers

To be successful in this role, Hometown America looks for the following attributes and/or transferable experience and skills acquired in a different industry or in a different context:

  • Ability to perform general custodial/ housekeeping duties with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, stoop and/or kneel.
  • 6 months to a year minimum experience in general custodial or housekeeping duties.
  • Our hiring process includes criminal background and driving record checks.
  • A current, valid driver's license from the state where the community is located is required before driving a company-owned vehicle or before driving a personal vehicle on company business;
