Advanced Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Master Mechanic)

  • Functions as a master mechanic, expertly diagnosing and repairing all types of heavy equipment and plant machinery used in the landscape rock quarry operation (loaders, haul trucks, crushers, etc.).
  • Independently tackles complex repairs, utilizing their extensive knowledge and experience to identify root causes and implement effective preventative maintenance solutions.
  • Manages repairs that require specialized tools and techniques, ensuring proper procedures are followed for safety and efficiency.
  • May perform major overhauls on engines, transmissions, and other critical equipment components.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems, adeptly troubleshooting and repairing even the most intricate malfunctions.
