Revology Cars is hiring a Validation Engineer at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build 1965-1968 Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT new licensed reproduction rolling chassis and restored original automobiles.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Validation Engineer ensures that all automotive components and systems meet the required standards and specifications through rigorous testing and validation processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop parts and processes with a focus on manufacturability.
  • Conduct reliability and durability assessments and validations.
  • Develop and implement experimental designs to support the validation of designs and design changes.
  • Manage and document multiple projects effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate with production teams regarding process changes, part changes, fixtures, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise and knowledge of all automotive systems.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of materials and processes relevant to low volume production and prototyping.
  • Set specifications and apply appropriate dimensions and GD&T to parts and assemblies.
  • Interface with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automotive validation processes, including durability and performance testing.
  • Experience with validation tools and equipment, including data acquisition systems and analysis software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an automotive validation engineering capacity.
  • Professional experience with OEM validation standards and protocols.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of processes and methodologies to ensure repeatability.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
