RMR Solutions, LLC is a leading producer and distributor of a wide variety of cleaning, disinfectant, and mold removal products for both residential and commercial customers. The team started with its legendary mold and mildew remover products and has blossomed that success to include kitchen degreasers, marine stain remover, tub and tile cleaner, and botanical disinfectant, to name a few.

RMR Solutions product line is available for purchase at many big box retail stores and has an extensive product list through Amazon as well.

The Accounting Specialist Position

The Accounting Specialist provides finance and accounting support throughout the organization, including journal entries, reconciliations, and other general accounting-related data entry.

The Accounting Specialist has the unique opportunity to learn from a senior-level accountant and be a part of a growing organization that allows plenty of career development opportunities. One of the priority items of the Accounting Specialist will be to assist in the successful transition to NetSuite.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Accounting Specialist Position

  • At least 2 years of general accounting and/or finance experience is required
  • At least one year of NetSuite experience is required
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks (Online) is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of ADP is preferred, but not required
  • Organizational skills, multitasking, and a strong self-motivation as a must
  • Knowledge in shipping and warehousing is preferred, but not required

Compensation, Benefits & Structure of the Accounting Specialist Position

This position includes a competitive pay structure, based on skills and experience, and a comprehensive benefit and retirement package. The position is based in the Brighton, MI office.
