Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in various massage techniques, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to promoting holistic wellness for our clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will contribute to creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clientele.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health history and individual needs.
    • Tailor massage treatments to address specific concerns and preferences.

  2. Massage Therapy Sessions:

    • Administer a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities.
    • Provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during sessions.
    • Adjust techniques based on client feedback and preferences.

  3. Professionalism:

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
    • Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and advancements.

  4. Client Education:

    • Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy for overall well-being.
    • Provide guidance on post-session care and self-care practices.

  5. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with other wellness professionals if needed to enhance client care.

  6. Compliance:

    • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to massage therapy.
    • Keep accurate and confidential client records.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license for massage therapy.
  • Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt techniques based on client needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
