Join a dynamic and growing company specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are seeking an ambitious and mechanically inclined individual to join our sales team as an Outside Sales Trainee in the OKC area.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in a technical or industrial field.
  • Familiarity with the Oklahoma City market and surrounding areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
