Summary:

Jorgensen Farms is made up of multiple divisions, creating a unique agritourism environment that blends organic farming with special events. Jorgensen Catering Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service to all Jorgensen guests.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to serve, bus, and manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service needs during events
• Follow procedures and Jorgensen standards for professional beverage service
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspaces and adherence to safety standards before, during, and after bar service
• Unpack and prepare client products for bar set up and event service. After the event, re-pack all client products and assist in delivery and loading into client vehicle.
• Take inventory of client products before and after service
• Take inventory of Jorgensen products before and after service when servicing select bar packages
• Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Whatever it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive environment for all staff and guests

Qualifications:

• Guest-centric and Team-focused mentality
• Minimum of 5 years of bar service experience
• Special Event Bartending experience is required
• Ability to lift equipment up to 20 pounds and remain on their feet for a minimum of 6 hours
• Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe and/or TIPS Certification
• Have the willingness to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done
