If you are an experienced professional who enjoys working with the older adult population, has a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience, we would love to talk with you about opportunities to join a developing team of like-minded professionals and grow with our company.
Our trainers are provided with ongoing support and training and are able to build flexible schedules around other commitments.

Responsibilities
- Design your own programming to fit the needs of your class participants
- Select appropriate formatting and class structure to achieve goals of improved balance, flexibility & strength to decrease falls and increase independence
- Inspire older adults to live healthier lifestyles
- Support individual participant fitness goals
- Manage your own schedule and ensure that classes you are assigned have coverage in the event you must be absent from the shift
- Maintain excellent relationship with staff at lass locations
- Represent your Live 2 B Healthy team mates
- Proven experience in health/wellness related field
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work well with team
- Motivated self-started with ability to manage your own schedule
Founded by sports professional Cory Czepa, the company has been steadily growing around the United States since 2008. In order to bring Live 2 B Healthy to the USAs growing population of seniors, the company adopted a franchise business model in 2010. In 2011, Cory brought in a team of partners to ensure that the companys rapid growth continues just as smoothly.
