• Positive and Professional Attitude

• 3-5 Years of leadership experience in manufacturing, problem solving and the ability to adjust to changing production and customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• 3-5 Years of demonstrated leadership ability to oversee, motivate, coach and manage large groups of employees
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety to maintain a safe and effective manufacturing operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, CAD is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in welding/fabrication
• Ability to develop employees and execute training programs
• Attention to detail and execute quality control programs
