  • Leads worship at Preston Trail and develops worship leaders, culture and teams
ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Leads worship across all stages at Preston Trail
  • Recruits/Develops/Trains Worship Leaders (and musicians) across all age groups/ministries/environments including adults, students (PTSM), and various events
  • Oversees systems for executing recruiting vision, strategy and tools for discipleship through worship
  • Develops places, systems and opportunities to on ramp volunteers through a clear pathway
  • Active participation in volunteer and people development that includes evaluation and feedback
  • Responsible for executing and championing vision/culture for worship teams
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and experience with Planning Center application
  • Use of Ableton
  • Acoustic Guitar
  • Leads, trains, and schedules band and vocalists weekend and weekday teams
  • Shepherds and leads team members of volunteers
  • College degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
  • Dotted line to the Student Pastor for student ministry support
  • Maintains a lifestyle reflecting a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Proven collaborative approach and team mentality, and track record of consistency and reliability
  • Willing to actively participate in Preston Trail ministries and live within 30 minutes from campus
