Process Engineer

We are currently looking for a/an Process Engineer, Level 2.

Job Summary: The chosen candidate will develop high quality printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes for a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities Include:

• Understand and document potential process failure modes (PFMEA) and implementing solutions.
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products.
• Tooling/fixture design
• Create detailed work instructions.
• Training operators.
• Work with manufacturing to implement LEAN principles in reducing waste.
• Supporting production floor to resolve and prevent reoccurrence of issues.
• Write Operational Qualification (OQ) procedures for new equipment.
• Provide off-shift support via phone or on-site as needed.
• Perform as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum 2yrs experience.
• Authorization to work in US.

Salary Commensurate with experience
